When you submit a sourcing request through our website, we collect:

• Your city or delivery location
• Details of items you wish to source (name, quantity, unit, notes)
• Your preferred urgency and any additional notes

We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your sourcing request. We do not collect personal names, phone numbers, payment information, government identity numbers, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the DPDP Act 2023.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Process your sourcing request and contact verified suppliers on your behalf
• Send you a quote or follow-up via email
• Respond to enquiries you send us directly

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your sourcing request data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems.
