By submitting a sourcing request or using this website, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Nature of Service

SourceMator acts as a sourcing intermediary. Our service involves:

• Receiving your product requirements via our website
• Identifying and contacting verified suppliers on your behalf
• Presenting supplier quotes and options to you
• Facilitating communication between you and shortlisted suppliers

SourceMator is not a seller, manufacturer, or trader of goods. We do not take physical possession of any goods and are not a party to any supply or purchase agreement between you and a supplier.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by SourceMator are based on information obtained from third-party suppliers and are indicative only. Quotes:

• Are subject to change without notice based on market conditions
• Are typically valid for 48–72 hours unless stated otherwise
• Do not constitute a binding offer or contract
• May exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight, and insurance unless explicitly stated

Final pricing is subject to confirmation by the supplier and agreement by both parties before any order is placed.

4. No Guarantee of Supply

SourceMator does not guarantee the availability, price, quality, or delivery timeline of any product. We make reasonable efforts to source items as requested but cannot be held liable if a supplier is unable to fulfil the order, discontinues a product, or changes pricing after a quote is issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

By submitting a sourcing request, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You have the authority to procure the items on behalf of your organisation
• You will conduct your own due diligence on any supplier before entering into a purchase agreement
• You will not use this service for any unlawful purpose or to procure prohibited goods

SourceMator treats all sourcing requests and business information shared by clients as confidential. We will not disclose your company name or contact details to any supplier without your consent. Product specifications may be shared with shortlisted suppliers strictly for the purpose of obtaining quotes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SourceMator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on a quote that is subsequently changed or withdrawn
• Supplier failure to deliver, delays, defective goods, or quality disputes
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this service
• Errors or omissions in product specifications provided by the client

SourceMator's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client in the relevant transaction, if any.

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of SourceMator and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
